The Fries Public Library is part of the Wythe-Grayson Regional Library system, so all titles in the system are available to order and have delivered to Fries for convenient pickup if they are not on the shelves. For the latest updates and events, go to the Wythe-Grayson Regional Library website. 

In addition to adult fiction and non-fiction, the library has a well-stocked children’s section, as well as magazines, free computer and WiFi access, copies and faxes, DVDs and electronic books, and a full schedule of activities. Come sit a spell in a comfortable armchair and enjoy the view of the New River.

Residents of Virginia may get a free library card to the Fries Public Library; non-residents may pay a $2 fee to get a library card, renewable annually.

Hours are Mondays 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
